We just had Elite Energy Co install our 10.5kW solar system and 16.6kWh battery system, and we are super happy with the experience. The whole process was professional, organised and easy. The communication via email & phone was excellent - every step was clearly explained, and the information provided was informative and easy to understand. The team that did installation were great. Everyone who came to our home was polite, friendly and respectful. They worked efficiently and left everything neat and tidy afterwards. They explained how to use the solar app, how the battery system works, including the shut-off procedures and answered all of our questions. Overall, we are super happy with Elite Energy Co. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish, and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar and battery installation. We had the following system installed: 22 × JA 475W panels (10.5kW PV system) 2 × 8.3kWh Goodwe ESA batteries (16.6kWh total) 1 × 9.99kW Goodwe ESA inverter.
